The Fastest & Easiest Way to Sell Your Assignment

WHAT IS AN ASSIGNMENT LISTING

An Assignment pre-construction sale occurs when a buyer purchases a property, typically a condo, condo townhouse, or house, during its pre-construction phase and then assigns or transfers the purchase rights to another party before the property is completed. The original buyer essentially sells the contract for the property to someone else before they take possession.

Not all builder contracts allow an assignment; click below to get in touch with us so we can establish if and when you are allowed to sign your contract.

OUR ASSIGNMENT SELLING PROCESS IS SIMPLE

1

In Depth Analysis of Your Contract

We will begin by reviewing the Original Agreement of Purchase and Sale you signed with the Developer. This analysis helps us establish what you have purchased, whether you can assign your unit to someone else, when we can assign your unit, and most importantly, the suggested marketing price to result in a successful sale.

2

Marketing Initiatives

We are very proactive with our marketing initiatives and in ensuring we keep you informed about the activity of your unit. Due to the limitations of posting your unit on MLS, we are continuously posting your property on websites, social media posts, and email blasts to prospective buyers and other agents. We are monitoring other units like yours that may be on the market so that we can provide you with the best advice and guidance.

3

Presentation Of Offers

We will walk you through the contents of the offer in detail and ensure we answer any questions you have. Our job is to negotiate the best price, terms, and conditions for you!
